A short overview of how payment for Lapnova orders works.
Order confirmation
After you place an order on the website, a manager contacts you to confirm the items and availability and to arrange the payment method.
Payment method
The exact payment method is agreed with the manager. Settlements are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); for international orders the amount may be converted at the rate on the day of payment.
Dispatch
An order is handed over for delivery after payment is confirmed. Dispatch times are described on the “Shipping & Payment” page.
Security
Payment data is transmitted over secure channels and is not stored on our side.
Refunds
If goods are returned, funds are refunded within 3–5 business days by the agreed method. Details are on the “Returns & Exchanges” page.
