This document is the official public offer of the Lapnova online store. Placing an order means full and unconditional acceptance of its terms.

The Seller is the Lapnova online store (Ukraine), selling clothing remotely through the website; there is no physical store. The Buyer is any legally capable person who places an order. The Seller hands over, and the Buyer accepts and pays for, the goods on the terms of this offer.
Orders
An order is placed on the website. A manager then contacts the Buyer to confirm the items and availability and to arrange payment.
Price and goods
Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice; a confirmed order uses the price at the moment of confirmation. Colours and appearance may differ slightly depending on screen settings.
Delivery, returns and exchange
The terms of delivery, returns and exchange are described on the relevant pages of the website and form an integral part of this offer.
Liability
The Seller is not responsible for delays on the part of delivery services or for the consequences of incorrect data provided by the Buyer. Disputes are resolved under the laws of Ukraine.
